Masonic Scottish Rite Supreme Council of France 200th anniversary plate. Round white plate with gold edge. Red and blue stripes along rim with black lettering "Liberte / Fraternite / Egalite / 1804 Paris 2004." In the bottom is a black double-headed eagle standing on a sword draped with a white banner reading "Devs Mevmqve Jvs." Two red, white and blue flags are crossed behind the eagle. One reads "Republique / Francaise." The other one reads "Valeur / et / Discipline." Above the eagle's heads is a gold delta or triangle reading "33" and a gold and red crown. Lettering above and below the eagle reads "Supreme Conseil / Ordo Ab Chao / de France."
