A man in a horse-drawn covered wagon has pulled up beside them. Heavy rain is falling. A label printed in black is applied to one end of the slide and reads, "Mr. Spurt and His Auto 7 - Farmer comes up with him." A label printed in red at the other end of the slide reads, "A.D. Handy, Stereopticons & Supplies, Boston."
