A coffin, skeleton, bat and amphibious creature are pictured. A label printed in black is applied to one end of the slide and reads, "How Jones Became A Mason-4. The Oath of Secrecy." A label printed in red applied to the other end of the slide reads, "A.D. Handy, Stereopticons & Supplies, Boston."
