Masonic Bektash Shrine Fez with Case and Rain Cover. a: Fez composed of maroon wool (likely) with a black synthetic fiber (likely) tassel. Embroidered on front of fez is a Shrine emblem (scimitar, tiger claws, sphinx head, and star) in synthetic (likely) yellow, red, green, and white thread; embroidered text "BEKTASH" in yellow above; at center, gold-colored metal Sphinx head; set along scimitar and at center of star are green and red rhinestones with white plastic bezels. Tassel secured to PL side of fez with two silver-colored metal pins set with rhinestones: upper pin, which mimics tiger-claw shape with a cross at center in red and green stones, has two rows of rhinestones at top (upper row colorless and lower row green); bottom pin features line of colorless rhinestones in flexible silver-colored metal setting with larger stones at either end. At top of fez, four sets of vent holes in concentric rings. Inside fez, off-white rectangular synthetic fiber manufacturer's label attached with adhesive; printed in black on it is the text "D. TURIN & CO., INC. / HIALEAH, FLORIDA". On opposite side, small white sticker has black printed text on it, "DT&CO. [stylized] 7 1/4 / D. Turin & Co., Florida". Brown vinyl sweatband sewn inside opening of hat. Silver-colored metal pin at top center which secures tassel. b: Clear, flexible plastic rain cover. c: Case with zip top and handle. Case has cylindrical shape with flat back; it is covered in black leather (likely synthetic) and has a hard black plastic handle secured to the top with gold-colored metal hardware; there is a metal zipper all around round part of case about 2 inches below lid. On top, in front of handle, a Shrine emblem is stamped in gold ink; behind it, an embroidered patch in the shape of a red fez with a white Shrine emblem and a black tassel is applied with adhesive. On sides are three paper stickers: one, on PR side, reads "CANADA" and has a red maple leaf with a white background; on PL side, sticker has "QUEBEC" at top, and white cross on blue background below with four fleurs-de-lis surrounding it; on flat back panel is a sticker with colorful image of a slot machine, playing cards, and dice that reads "Las Vegas / NEVADA" at top. Black metal grommets on sides for ventilation. Inside of case has maroon synthetic-leather (likely) lining with black trim and cone-shaped support for fez in center; white, synthetic-fiber (likely) label has black embroidered text, "Anthony Nizzardini / MASONIC SUPPLY CO. / 175 5TH AVENUE / NEW YORK CITY 10010"; it is sewn into lining along its PL end, and has rough, zig-zag cut PR end.
