Patriotic Order of Americans National Camp Button. Red silk covered button at top bears text stamped in silver ink, "OCT. / 23 - 24 / 1900.". Hanging from this are three silk ribbons with chevron shaped notches at bottom, all stamped with text in silver ink: red one, angled to to PR, has "Patriotic Order of Americans / Fourth Regular Session"; off-white one in middle has "DIST. PRESIDENT"; and blue one, angled to PL, has "NATIONAL CAMP / BINGHAMTON, N.Y.". Reverse of button has disk of off-white cotton (possibly linen) gauze on it, with a silver safety pin sewn below it. On white ribbon, a rectangular, off-white paper label is applied which bears the black printed text, "KEYSTONE BADGE CO. / 624 Penn St., Reading, Pa, / MANUFACTURERS OF / RIBBONS, METAL & CELLULOID BADGES. / Campaign Buttons a Specialty".
