Masonic Scottish Rite Lodge of Perfection regalia for Banacas, also Zerbal, Captain of Guard (5th-6th, 9th-14th degrees). Depicts full-length male figure wearing short, sleeveless white tunic with gold trim. Over this he wears a gold "coat of mail." He wears sandals with gold shin guards. One arm is at his side and holds his knife case while his other arm is brandishing the knife. He wears a gold helmet. Printed in the lower right corner is "Warren A. Newcomb." Attached to the back is a typewritten piece of paper headed "P.18. / Banacas, also Zerbal. Cap't. of Guard. / Degrees: 5-6-9-10 to 14." This is followed by a description of the various costume elements and a list of "Authorities."
