Masonic Scottish Rite Consistory regalia for Philo the Jew (19th degree). Depicts full-length male figure wearing a long blue-purple robe with long sleeves. At his waist is a red belt and around his neck is a white scarf with gold fringe at the ends. He wears brown shoes. He has a dark beard and wears a white turban. He holds his scarf with both hands. Attached to the back is a typewritten piece of paper headed "C. 8. / XIX-8. Philo the Jew." This is followed by a description of the various costume elements and notes on their sources.
