Masonic Scottish Rite Consistory regalia for Richard's Courier (21st degree). Depicts full-length male figure wearing a long gold long sleeve robe with red trim over blue sleeves. He wears a green belt. He wears red stockings and brown boots. He has brown hair and wears a red hat with a blue band and a white plume at top. He stands with one arm tucked behind him and the other arm outstretched to the side. His head and chest are slightly bent forward. Attached to the back is a typewritten piece of paper headed "C. 43. / XXI-13. Richard's Courier." This is followed by a description of the various costume elements and a note on their sources.
