Masonic Medal. Oval-shaped, cast silver Mark medal with convex sides bearing engraved designs. Obverse features central design of square and compasses surrounded by two columns topped with globes, with a banner across them bearing the text "SIT LUX ET LUX FUGIT"; three steps below, and an all-seeing eye at top; within, various Masonic symbols including a level, a gauge, a plumb, a sun, a moon and stars, a plant sprig, the 47th problem of Euclid, a dagger, and a delta. Reverse features engraved quadrant arc and compasses surrounded by two columns, an arch, and three steps; within this are many symbols including three crowns, a "G", a skull and crossbones, a seven-point star, an open bible, a serpent and staff, and an urn; below, an open coffin. Around edge, a grooved silver frame is applied, and there is an oval-shaped, silver loop at top for hanging.
