Oval-shaped silver Masonic Chapter medal with a round loop at the top. One side is blank while the other side is full of Masonic symbols. The symbols include an all-seeing eye, a square and compass, a pair of columns, a checkered floor, a sun and moon, an open book, a plumb, Euclid's theorem, and a coffin, among others. At the bottom right is the letter "N." Reverse is blank.
