Masonic shield shaped Masonic Mark Master medal surmounted by an eccentric suspension ring; obverse engraved with a square and compasses over a crescent inscribed "Wm. MINTURN/ Howard Lodge/ No. 9"; floral decoration beneath; reverse engraved with mark master mnemonic "HTWSSTKS" and a mark of a hunting dog on point.
