Masonic Mark Medal made in a shield shape with vertical pin applied to one side and tube applied to the other. At top, there is the remains of a ribbon-like hanging loop. One side of the medal is engraved with a personal mark - a pair of tablets and a sword. Around the mark is a circle with letters "HTWSSTKS." The other side has a square and compasses symbol at top center. Below this is a crescent shape with "Lewis Berry / Indt. R.A. Lodge No. 2." Below the lettering is -a flower with leafy vines extending from each side. At bottom are initials "MB." [could also be read as WS or WB]
