Round silver-tone token. On one side, in the center, is a bust profile image of a man (George Washington) surrounded by an acacia wreath. Text along the outer edge reads, "He is in glory, the world in tears." On the other side, at bottom center, is a skull and crossbones. Four concentric rows of text read, "B. Feb. 11. 1782. Gen. Am. Armies. 1775. / Re. 1783 Pres. U.S. Am. '89. R. 96 / Gen. Arm. U.S. Am. '98. / ob. d 15 '99."
