Silver Masonic Mark Medal. Round with a scalloped triangular pierced top (similar in shape to a porringer handle). Slit at top to take a ribbon. One side shows the all-seeing eye at top center. Body of illustration consists of three columns, one with the sun, one with the moon and one with a representation of the lodge Master. Left column has square and compasses, middle has a clock and right has a straightedge. At center bottom is an hourglass, coffin and leafy sprig. The other side is plain except for a decorative circle at the center (possibly unfinished).
