Cast silver medal with openwork design and engraved detail. Obverse features Masonic symbols including: all-seeing eye within cloud at top; below, compasses and a quadrant arc framing inner designs of a sun, a square, a star with a delta bearing a "G" at center, an open bible, a moon, and other imagery on and above a checkerboard floor; surrounding this, a rippling banner featuring the text, " VERTUTI ET SILENTIO / IN THE LORD IS ALL OUR TRUST". Contiguous, circular loop at top for hanging. Reverse features mirror-image of design on obverse, with the text, "HUNTER SCULP." on banner at bottom between checkerboard floor and quadrant arc.
