Round silver Masonic mark medal with tab at top that has hole punched through. Engraved on one side with a delta or triangle with a sun in the center. Lettering above and below the triangle reads "Nathaniel Hyatt / Armour's Lodge No. 100." The other side is engraved with a circle. At the center is an open book with a square and compasses symbol on top. Initials around the symbol read "HTWSSTKS."
