Gold-tone Royal Arch Mark medal with loop at top center. The top is shaped like a square and compasses with an open book in the center. Attached at the bottom is a shield-shaped section. On one side, in the center, is a circle with letters "HTWSSTKS." In the middle is a level over a trowel. On the other side is an archway supported by two columns. A triangle with a "G" in the middle hangs from the center of the arch. Steps lead up to the archway. The top steps are engraved "Zaccheus R. Fullar / Fredonian Chapter / No. 19."
