Shield-shaped Royal Arch mark master medal; obverse: symbols include arch, sun, all-seeing eye, and crescent moon; lower half of medal inscribed: "James Baker/ Friendly Master/ Mark Lodge of/ Fayetteville/ North Carolina/ 5807"; reverse: mnemonic reads HTWSSTKS, "Adam" and an eagle engraved flanking an applied silver oval plaque engraved with 7 stars.
