Creamware pitcher with black transfer-printed Masonic decorations. "The World is in Pain..." from the "Entered Apprentic Song" on one side, Square and Compasses below spout, standard Masonic image of Faith, Hope and Charity with many Masonic symbols including two columns, sun, moon and stars, all-seeing eye, level, crossed quils, square and compasses with Bible, trowel, level, pick-axe and shovel, crossed keys, star with "G", checkered pavement, etc...; Gilding top and bottom rims, on spout, and below spout, around bottom the personalization, "Charles Copland / Housewright."
