Silver Royal Arch Mark medal with a loop at top center. On one side, at the top is an all-seeing eye and the bottom reads "Solomon Chapr. / Derby." The center is a circle. The outer border has five symbols (trowel, plumb, square and compasses, gavel, and one other) with "Chauncy M. Hatch" along the bottom. The inner border has letters, "HTWSSTKS." In the center is an eagle standing on an anchor with a square and compasses in its beak. At top, on the other side is a circle with a triangle in the center; in the middle of the triangle is "G." At the bottom is "1808." The circle in between is full of Masonic symbols including a dove, scales, a crown, a square and compasses, a serpent entwined along a Christian cross, and some Masonic letter codes. At top of the circle it reads, "Friendship & Union".
