Masonic Royal Arch Mark medal for Jared Sandford. Silver with scalloped edge along bottom and top. Loop for hanging is attached at top. One side shows an all-seeing eye at the top with a circle below. The border of the circle has initials "HTWSSTKS." In the center is a trephine [medical drill]. At bottom is a winged cherub's head. Engraved on the other side at the top is a square and compasses with a sprig of acacia, ladder and plumb. In the middle is a circle with "Jared Sandford" along the edge and an incomplete archway in the center with a mosaic pavement.
