Mark Medal; heart-shaped plate with loop crest; obverse engraved with leaf border; ivy pillars with Royal Arch, all seeing eye, sun, moon and stars; hand-held plummet, ark, rough ashlar; the base incribed "H. Gardiner/ M.M.M. W. Star/ Lodge No. 49" above coffin and acacia; reverse: bell-flower border; the center a keystone in perspective with circular acronym "HTWSSTKS" and central mark of crossed keys tied together.
