Silver Masonic York Rite Royal Arch mark medal for Charles W. Chandler. Hole pierced at top has ring for hanging. Oval medal with owner's mark on one side. Circle is engraved with initials "HTWSSTKS." In the center is a horse. At bottom are a mallet and chisel. Lettering along the top reads "Charles W. Chandler Recd. the degree of Mark Master / Decbr 8th A.L. 5813." At top center is a keystone with an open book in the middle. The other side shows an arrangement of Masonic symbols with a pair of columns in the center supporting an archway. At top center is an all-seeing eye. Between the columns is a triangle or delta with three letter codes. At the sides are three crowns, a shovel, a pickaxe and a serpent wrapped around a Christian cross.
