Glass flask with Masonic symbols; one pint; mold blown; aquamarine; sides with five vertical ribs; tooled lip; obverse: sun; quarter moon with rays and seven stars; two columns with arch and 34-brick mosaic pavement; within arch, all-seeing eye with rays, bible with square and compasses, delta with rays and G at center; skull and crossbones to PR of arch, trowel above; Jacob's ladder to PL of arch; below mosaic floor, crossed level and plumb to PR and beehive to PL; reverse: banner with "E PLURIBUS UNUM" at top; eagle with shield, head turned to PR; three arrows and olive branch in talons; below eagle, oval frame with several depressions in it and "HS" at center. Pontil mark at bottom, as well as two rectangular white paper stickers with numbers handwritten in ink: "1176" on smaller sticker and "1176 / 5-21-77 / G-IV-2" on larger one.
