Silver Masonic mark medal with loop attached at top. Shield shaped with square and compasses at top, laid over an open book. Engraved with a circle on one side. Initials around the circle read "HTWSSTKS." Inside the circle is a man standing holding a scythe. The other side is also engraved with a circle that shows a keystone in the middle. Lettering around the circle reads "Cornelius P. Vrooman Middleburgh M.M. Lodge." [1784-ca. 1821].
