Printed on the body is a scene with four columns on each side and an archway at top. Bright light and glory rays fill the center where a keystone would be. Extending between the tops of the columns is drapery with the ark of the covenant on top.To the sides of the archway are urns. Between the columns is a table with three seated men. Four men stand in front and to the sides, holding various props. To the outer left, one man stands by a burning bush. To the outer right, three men hold tools - shovel, pickaxe and crow. Top edge has small remnants of red silk binding. Plate marks are visible around three sides of the design (9 3/8 inches wide and at least 10 1/2 inches long - bottom edge is not visible).
