Independent Order of Odd Fellows collar. White silk with light red pleated ribbon and flat silver bullion tape trim. Each side of the collar has two silver sequin and bullion five-point stars with red centers. At bottom corners are silver bullion tassels. At front where collar ends join is a pleated silk rosette in red, green, blue, pink and white. At center of the rosette is a silver bullion and sequin five-point star. Lined with off-white twill fabric.
