Shield-shaped body and rounded flap. White Masonic apron with engraved design of columns, flooring, "G," other Masonic symbols such as coffin, trowel, ark, heart, etc.; signed at lower left "G F Yates Designant North. Mas Jurisdiction A.D. 5821 Balch, Rawdon and Co Sculpt"; under flap, all-seeing eye and "Sit Lux et Lux Fuit"; on flap, entwined triangles with Latin and Hebrew inscriptions; backed with cotton; blue and salmon colored pleated edging; remains of ties; hand-stitched.
