Glass flask with Masonic symbols and image of General Lafayette; one-half pint; mold blown; green; sides horizontally corrugated; plain lip; obverse: "LA FAYETTE" in an arc over bust of man in profile facing to PL; below, straight horizontal line capped with short vertical lines, and "T. S." below; reverse: two large six-pointed stars at top; two columns with arch and 17-brick mosaic pavement; within arch, delta, bible with square and compasses; below pavement, large 12-pointed star. Pontil mark at bottom, as well as a white rectangular paper sticker with "1406-8" handwritten in ink.
