Glass flask with Masonic symbols and image of General Lafayette; one-half pint; mold blown; green; sides horizontally corrugated, with corrugation extending around juncture of neck and body as well as base; plain lip; obverse: "LA FAYETTE" in an arc over bust of man in profile facing to PL; below, straight horizontal line capped with short vertical lines, and "T. S." below; reverse: sun, quarter moon; two columns with arch and 32-brick mosaic pavement; within arch, delta, bible with square and compasses. Pontil mark at bottom.
