Glass flask with Masonic symbols; one pint; mold blown; olive or olive-amber; sides with one vertical rib; plain lip; obverse: sun; moon; two columns with arch and 12 (or possibly 16)-brick mosaic pavement; within arch, all-seeing eye, bible with square and compasses, delta with rays; skull and crossbones with trowel to PR of arch; beehive below arch; reverse: plain banner at top; eagle with shield, head turned to PR; three arrows and olive branch in talons; plain oval frame is blank inside. Pontil mark at bottom, as well as a white rectangular paper sticker with "1406-5" handwritten in ink; there are also two white rectangular cloth stickers, one with "GIV-21 / 55-" and the other with "30401" handwritten in ink.
