Masonic Royal Arch apron with shield-shaped body and curved flap. White leather. Flap is painted with an all-seeing eye surrounded by clouds and glory rays. Gold lettering below the eye reads "Holiness to the Lord." The body is painted with a gold archway supported by two gold columns at the top of seven steps. Between the columns is a mosaic pavement. Red drapes or curtains hang from the archway, which has a keystone at center. In the middle is a gold delta or triangle with gold G in the middle. At the top of the steps are two candlestands and an altar. Masonic symbols are painted around the central scene. These include a sun, an ark, a quadrant arc and compasses with crown, the ark of the covenant, rough and smooth ashlar, a level, a moon and seven stars, an hourglass and scythe and a delta. Hand stitched to the edges of the body and flap is red fringe. The top edge is bound with red silk. Red silk ties are attached at the upper corners. Pasted on the back at top center is a printed label, which is only partially legible "W [illeg] iton."
