Masonic Mark medal "Perseverance Mark Lodge"; top: open Bible with square and compasses; bottom in shape of shield with Masonic symbols including arch, trowel, gavel, etc; bottom reads "Perseverance/ Mark Lodge/ No. 21/ Harris/ burg"; reverse reads " T H Cowen". "HTWSSTKS"; mark sign is hand holding keys, Eyelet punched at apex of compass.
