Rectangular, white silk apron with light blue, pleated silk ribbon trim. Obverse has engraved design printed in dark blue ink: all-seeing eye with rays at top on a false flap; sun and moon within clouds below, and many Masonic symbols surrounding two columns topped with globes around a central, multi-level structure with Masonic symbols within it; above banner at top of structure is the text, "Hail! heavenly Virtue! thine's a Sacred flame!". At bottom, within base of PR column, "S. D Bettle"; within base of PL column, "Sculpsit MDCCCXXIII". Reverse lined with off-white linen.
