Carved brown wooden frame with elements painted in red, gold and green. The carved decoration on the pediment and on the sides includes arches, steps, square and compasses, columns, all-seeing eye, beehive, trowel and other Masonic symbols. Filigree carving runs behind the symbols.
This frame was made in China for the export market. The symbols carved into the frame allude to the Entered Apprentice degree.
