Masonic Scottish Rite Rose Croix apron. Square body with rounded bottom corners and rounded triangular flap. White silk bound with faded red ribbon. Top edge is also bound with faded red ribbon, which extends into ties. Printed on the flap are clouds with a red delta or triangle inside a yellow sun. Black letter codes on the sides of the triangle. Red Maltese cross inside the triangle. Printed on the body is a yellow arc and compasses with a red crown at top. Inside the compasses are a Christian cross with a rose and a blue banner at top. Under the cross is a white mother pelican pecking her breast to draw blood to feed her seven children in her nest. At bottom center is a red bow tying together a ladder, a spear, a wreath and acacia. Along each side is a red ribbon with a gold jewel at the bottom, a triangle on one side and a nine-pointed star on the other. Each ribbon has tools along its length - crossed swords, crossed mallet and chisel, urn, crossed dagger and bone, and others. The flap is lined with black silk. The back of the apron is black silk with a red cross and rosette at bottom center.
