Masonic Royal Arch apron. Rounded body and rounded flap. Red with gold bullion fringe. An all-seeing eye is painted on the flap. Painted on the body is a six-pointed star in gold and black. Lined with tan glazed cotton. Handwritten in ink on the back is "Hislop Gilbert Fowler / Auburn, N.Y. / Grandfather of Clara F.A. Matteson / His / Masonic Apron; Auburn, N.Y, / Royal Arch Chapter / of about 1825."
