Burnt orange, silk velvet apron with gold bullion decoration and fringe. Silk grosgrain ribbon ties also burnt orange color. All-seeing eye on flap with gold bullion fringe. Gold arch in center of body with sequin trim; blue and pink embroidered swags under arch with tassels. Three concentric circles below arch, triangle of sequins in center. Gold bullion anchor on PR. Gold bullion hourglass and wings on PL. Below arches, gold square and compasses with G in center. Back: Maker's mark stamped in black ink at top PL corner has shield shape and contains the following text: "E. COMBS / MASONIC / IOOF.... / REGALIA & JEWELLERS / [square and compasses] / 244 GRAND ST. N. Y."; white paper sticker at top center bears same text in pink type.
