Heinze, A71/002/003 Born in Poland, Adolphe Minski immigrated to the United States around 1849. He brought with him a certificate that showed he had been a Mason in France the year before. Freemasonry played an important role in his life in America. A hairdresser, Minski joined Masonic organizations in many of the different states—at least six—where he made his home. This certificate notes that in 1858 Minski became a member of the Royal Arch Chapter in Tyler, Texas.
