Gold Order of Knights of Friendship medal with loop at top and tassled cord along outer edge. Round medal shows a triangle in the center on one side. In the middle of the triangle is the letter C. Lettering in the triangle reads "Friendship Charity Knowledge." Outside the triangle on each side is a symbol - bow and arrows, crossed swords, cup. Along the edge are initials: EACGHTLAUTCK. The other side shows a three-step altar or stand with letters on each level. Stars are on both sides. At top is a sun, a dove, a moon and crossed swords. Lettering along the outer edge reads "M.G. Kerr M.D. Harmony Chamber No. 1 O.K.F. May 29th, 1859."
