Black and white cabinet card photograph mounted on gray cardboard. Pressed into the bottom border at the corners is "Conly / 465 Washington St. Boston." The photograph shows an unidentified man standing and holding his Knights Templar hat (chapeau-de-bras) with white plume. His hair is combed back from his face and he has a mustache. He wears Knights Templar regalia including a dark coat, a black triangular apron with delta and cross, a belt, a sash with star-shaped pin or badge and white gauntlets. There are badges pinned to his chest and a sword is visible at one side.
