Glass flask with symbols; one quart; mold blown; light green; sides smooth; collared lip; obverse: 13 five-point stars arranged in an arch above "UNION"; below, large shield, with horizontal stripes at top overlaid with scalloped frame containing clasped hands; below shield, central square and compasses with five stars surrounding; outside shield, an olive branch extending up either side; reverse: eagle with spread wings, shield obscuring feet; three arrows and olive branch extending from sides of shield; narrow banner in beak extends above and below design; below, oval frame pointed at top and bottom with "H & S" inside. Circular depression at bottom, as well two white paper stickers, one rectangular with "24" handwritten in ink, the other round with "GRAND / LODGE / GIV-39".
