Ambrotype photograph of Lucretia Patridge Sprague. Bust-length portrait of woman with her hands folded in front of her lower chest. She wears a necklace and earrings and her cheeks are tinted pink. The photograph is in a black thermoplastic case with maroon velvet cloth and a brass colored metal frame with clasp. Inside the case is a small folded piece of paper with the following written in pencil "Lucretia Patride Sprague / Mother of Walter Sprague / Grand George W. / Great grandmother of Harold Sprague."
