Sepia-tone carte-de-visite photograph. Shows three-quarter length portrait of balding man with a dark mustache and white goatee. He wears a dark coat and pants with dark tie and white shirt. He also wears a light-colored Masonic apron and Scottish Rite 33º sash. The apron shows a double-headed eagle with several flags and a Maltese cross on the flap. He stands next to a chest and rests one elbow on top next to a stack of books. Raised lettering at bottom center reads "S. Grases / Luna 6 Madrid." A blue stamp on back shows a delta with 33 in the center, surrounded by glory rays. Lettering along the top reads "Juan A Perez." Handwritten in dark ink on the back is "Vuestro fraternalmente."
