Sepia-tone cabinet card photograph of a short man, Charles Stratton (a.k.a Tom Thumb). He wears a dark jacket, vest, and pants with a white shirt, dark bowtie, and dark shoes. He has a fob hanging from his vest. The subject has a beard and mustache. He stands next to a chair or sofa and rests one arm on the arm of the chair or sofa. Printed in black along the bottom, "Putnam Middleboro, Mass." Taped to the back is a white sticker typed with "1643." Handwritten in blue ink on the back is "Philip Weisman / 56 Cypress St / Newton / Mass 02159."
