V-shaped collar with black grosgrain fabric and a red lining, with silver sequins and silver bullion fringe. Center has double-headed eagle made from silver and gold sequins/bullion on top of a red velvet cross and above a gold-sequined "32." On either side are sets of three red, white, and green flags, a red velvet cross, and an encampment with the Ark of Alliance, a lion, a flaming heart, a double-headed eagle, and a bull illustrated within and nine flags around the outside representing the divisions of the Masonic army.
