There are several trees along the bank of the river. There is a tugboat in the river; two people are standing on the dock next to the boat, possibly waiting to board it. Printed in black or sepia ink on the front of the card is "Alexandria Bay and 1000 Island Park / McIntyre's Views of the 1000 Islands." The back of the card is off-white. There is a rectangular piece of paper affixed to the back; printed in black on it is "A.C.
