Hand-colored black-and-white stereophotograph or stereocard mounted on an orange card, showing a woman sleeping on a chair next to a cradle. The woman is wearing a purple dress, and has a blanket or quilt over her lap. The blanket or quilt has alternating yellow and black stripes. Her left hand is resting on the edge of the cradle, which has green and purple blankets draped over it. Behind the woman, there is an open window, in which the night sky and the moon can be seen. There is a desk behind the cradle, and a stool in the lower right corner of each image. On the left side of the room, there is a cupboard or chest, with a mop and a bucket leaning against the side nearest to the viewer. Printed in black on the front of the card is "Rêves et visions. - Dreams. - Traumbilder. / Serie III. - No. 1914. / Rêve d'espoir. - Dream of hope. - Hoffnungstraum. Handwritten in pencil, upside-down, along the top edge of the front of the card is "Kelly(?)." The back of the card is blank.
