Framed sepia-tone photograph of Mrs. George W. B. Taylor (Susan Augusta Furbush). Wooden oval frame with brass colored metal lining around glass and brass colored hinge at top back of frame. The hinge is imprinted with the maker of the frame, "FOSTER BROS / BOSTON." Photograph shows a woman seated on a chair and resting her left hand on a table with her right hand on her lap. She wears a dark-colored dress and a collar with an oval brooch. On the back of the frame in the center is handwritten red pen and blue pen, "MRS. G.W.B. TAYLOR / Susan F. Taylor / HWS's GRANDMOTHER." The latter written on a square piece of paper glued to the cardboard backing.
