Black-and-white stereocard photograph mounted on a light green card, showing the interior of a house of worship, identifiable as the Mormon Tabernacle in Salt Lake City, Utah. In the foreground of each image, many parallel pews lead up to an altar area, which is separated from the pews by a fence or a rail. There are also pews to both the left and the right of the altar area, which are also separated from the altar by fences or rails. Behind the altar, there is an ornate pipe organ, with spherical finials atop four of the largest pipes. Printed in black on the front of the card is "Stereoscopic Gems of Utah Scenery. / Stereoscopic Gems of Utah Scenery. / Interior of Tabernacle," with the last line on a piece of white paper glued to the bottom front edge of the card. Printed in black on the back of the card is "Carter's View Emporium, / East Temple St., / Salt Lake City. / Order by Mail promptly attended to." Handwritten in pencil along the top edge of the back of the card is "(?)LS." Handwritten in pencil along the right edge is "111."
